Applications Engineering + Field Technicians = Field Engineers

Lots of companies have teams of engineers. Only Pro-MEC has what we call Field Engineers. They get that name because more than anything, Pro-MEC lives in the field, where “the rubber meets the road.” Our engineers aren’t the type to sit behind a computer developing CAD solutions that can never work. Where CAD lets you draw anything, Pro-MEC’s engineers base everything they do on application experience and knowledge from customer sites new and old – seeing the “what went wrongs,” and developing practical solutions.
Pro-MEC Field Technicians are the lifeblood of our company. They go far beyond taking measurements and hammering the fix into place. They ask the “whys” and “why nots” all the time, bringing our Field Engineers the toughest challenges and sharing things they see for the first time.

At Pro-MEC, we have our finger on the pulse because we stay on the pulse – on-site, seeing the issues, talking through solutions, watching to see if those solutions achieve the desired results.
