System Startup & Commissioning
Location: Guayaquil, Ecuador
SCOPE OF WORK:
Pro-MEC was hired to complete startup and commissioning of this complex scrubber system located in the mountains of Ecuador. This plant was responsible for biohazard waste incineration. Over two weeks the Pro-MEC team was successful in bringing this system online, making repairs and Allen Bradley programming changes.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Pro-MEC was hired to perform an OPV on a air scrubber system located in Seattle. Pro-MEC has worked closely with this plant for many years and we work to keep their system running within design parameters to meet their state air permit.
Along with the OPV we have completed many maintenance/repair items within their system, including replacing the interior walls with a Hastelloy liner, replacing all plumbing with sch80 CPVC, installing new transmitters and updating their PLC program.

Location: Hattiesburg, MS
SCOPE OF WORK:
Pro-MEC performed startup, commissioning and training on 8 identical systems located in Mississippi. This project was performed over a series of different trips to accommodate the customers production process. Many changes were made onsite during this project, from plumbing to programming.
